Secret behind success of Many extraordinary geniuses

The French military genius Nepolean Bonaprte and his successful military campaigns are historically important and even looked upon as a Nepolitan Code. His unending energy and zeal, his unending enthusiasm and ability to keep his soldiers spirit high is almost like a miracle. The secret of Napolean's unending spirit and energy can be attributed to the short relaxation that he would do every day, even in the middle of the war!

What did Einstein, Aristotle, and Salvador Dali have in common? All three of these three great minds knew how to use a little bit of sleep to inspire great ideas.

If you happen upon the offices of Buffer in San Francisco on a given afternoon looking for Leo Widrich, you'd better choose a time other than 3 p.m. Why? Because the cofounder and CMO is probably going to be napping, as he's done every day for two years.

That's because Widrich, himself a student of productivity, found that the mid-afternoon was the worst part of his workday. The post-lunch dip got him bad: He would get super tired and find that he detested whatever he was working on, regardless of what it was.

Satyananda Yoga Nidra, developed by Sri Swami Satyananda based on the ancient system of Tantra is a brilliant practice for not only experiencing total relaxation and rejuvenation. It is a method for complete self transformation, re-education of the mind.

Yoga Nidra - A contribution of Satyananda Yoga tradition

Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati is a great visionary whose mission has been the development of an integrated yoga system which incorporates practical philosophy and a holistic lifestyle.
Sri Swamiji has brought to light ancient yogic teachings from sacred scriptures and lost traditions. He has framed them in a modern language which incorporates both traditional and scientific understandings.

Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati devised Yoga Nidra from traditional Tantric practices which has had a major impact on the world of yoga. Satyananda Yoga Nidra is a pratyahara technique in which the distractions of the mind are contained and the mind is allowed to relax. This practice has had a profound trans formative effect on practitioners.

To have such an experience of real and complete relaxation you can contact any of our centers and request for an appointment with our experienced teachers and practice yoga nidra under their guidance!
